Seven men, one woman and a plan: a bank job. Lead by Head, a violent and experienced murderer, the group will turn one bank's employees monotonous Ash Wednesday into one of the most terrifying moments of their lives. Lara, the only woman and the newcomer to the group, has an essential function: she is the safe cracker. They set off to the bank with a detailed plan. Pato Roco, ex SWAT, walks into the branch wearing a security uniform. Head stays in line, pretending to be a client. Betinho stays outside, keeping an eye on the movement outside, reading a magazine. On the opposite corner, Paulão, convicted rapist, takes a sip of his scotch while watching the other end of the street. When everyone is in position, one of the bank's security officers walks up to Pato Rouco because of his uniform. Head, cold as ice, has Rat, former military who went into the drug business, walk inside with Lara. The car pulls up in front of the bank. The driver is Zulu, champion drag racer of Nova Iguau and Xerem. He waits for his cue and lets his two passengers out. Rat steps out of the car and into the branch, guns blazing. He hits one of the guards in the chest with a silenced rifle. Lara walks in right behind him. At the same moment, Head pulls a knife to the person in front of him the heist is announced. All cell phones are confiscated. The bigger men are taken to a room inside the bank, while the women and children are lined up in front of the cashiers. Rat is also wearing a security uniform, and along with Pato Rouco, they start posing as bank security guards while Head and Lara walk inside with the bank manager.The bank now seems to be operating normally once again. Lara starts opening up the safe with her equipment. Everything seems to be going smoothly until the bank alarm goes off. The police are alerted, and on their way. At this point, time is now Head and his gang's biggest enemy. A suspicious police officer approaches the bank from outside, but Head thought of that too – a beautiful woman is ready to distract him. Inside, Lara finally gets the safe open. Head walks outside to make sure the coast was clear, but when he comes back he finds the bank manager and Lara dead, each holding a weapon. Without a second to lose, Head runs out the door. Head and the remainder of his gang step outside just as the police backup is arriving. A car chase ensues, and a violent gun fight follows throughout the city of Rio until they reach an old neighborhood of small streets. They pull over and the shootout continues. Several victims – all of the gang, to be exact except for Head. He turns himself in and when they open the bag of money, they realize there was only paper Head realizes he's the one who's been robbed.And he seems to know by whom¦Do you?
